Happy Easter my friends! I hope you had a wonderful day with your family and friends! Here’s a quick peek into my Easter weekend festivities:

My mom came home with this egg dying kit and I was head over heels. Monograms and easter eggs, pinch me. To say the least I had a little bit of fun and went a little crazy.

Hm, pink and green dye, now I wonder whose that might be…?

*when I said I had a little fun with the monograms I meant a lot.

Easter Bunny is a real cool dude when Reese’s Eggs are involved. the all time, 100%, hands down best candy and if you disagree…agree.

Lilly and Easter are like PB and Jelly so this dress I got from one of their huge online sales last year was so very fitting and was adorable for spring. Bunny (my furry friend) wanted in on the pink and green action as well, then again, who doesn’t?

take a quick second and ask me how I feel about ice cream. answer? very very passionately. and you all know how I feel about holidays and any cute things related to them…(also, very passionately.) Put them together and I actually cannot stay away. So when I stumbled across the Easter section at Target (Ally in the holiday section at Target? Who woulda guessed…) I couldn’t help but pick up a few things for my siblings and I. Then finding myself on an Easter tab on Pinterest (again, is any of this even slightly shocking…?) I found this. Robin’s Egg Milkshakes. I was sold. 1) if this is not your favorite Easter candy who are you???? 2) milkshakes.

So here you are:
4 Cups of Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream

1/2 that amount of scoops worth of milk (example: 4 cups of ice cream, 2 cups of milk)

**add more milk if you want it less thick**

2 Tablespoons of Malt Powder

Ice to your liking

A Handful of Robin’s Eggs

Blend all of these together until it is a milkshake consistency. For fun decorations I crushed up robins eggs in a baggie with a spoon, added some whipped cream, and a few sprinkles but you can top it however you please!

Happy Thursday friends! (or Wednesday night if you’re a trooper like me and reading this when it’s posted at about 10:30 pm) I’ve said it a thousand times and I’ll say it a thousand more: Junior year is everything it is talked up to be stress wise. Past juniors, i honor you. Future juniors, brace yourselves. Finding the time to blog in between insaneness is always a challenge but the time I do get to spend rocks. This necklace may be made for little gals but it is right up my alley! These pink fringe flowers are so stinking cute!

I’ve never heard of Leif brand until I stumbled across this beauty of a necklace (or bracelet depending on how you style it) on Pinterest but THOSE TASSELS MAN. This girl loves her some tassels so obviously I’m all over this. Also these colors together are absolutely brilliant.

Again with the CrewCuts but I’ll never be too old for the little girls section of stores. I’ll also never be too old for friendship bracelets which is why I ADORE this one with a little sparkle added for some fun!

This Leif brand kept getting better and better as I looked on because CONFETTI BALLOON KIT? sign me up. honestly. no words for this one but: yes.
