Happy 1st Day of Summer! Not only does this mean my birthday is 4 days away (priorities), but it also mean sunshine, longer days, brighter nights, and really really cute outfits with great friends to share them with! C: rasberry sorbet

A: ice cream in a waffle cone covered in sprinkles hands down

C: The Vacationers by Emma Straub–highly reccommend! It’s a light, fun read that’s quick and witty!
A: I’ve bee in love with John Green lately! so currently Paper Towns for me!
GO-TO SUMMER FASHION STAPLE
C: DEFINITELY my brown sandals from Target–They are the trendy toe-strap + ankle strap silhouette, embellished with some jewels on the toe band–they are the cutest and great quality!
A: a good pair of chinos! I have tons of fun bright colors and they can be dressed up with a fun top and sandals or even dressed down with a shirt and my birks or converse! so versatile and great staple!
TREND YOU’RE LOVING?
C: This trend comes around every year, but the more bohemian vibe definitely works its way into my style in the summer. Summer is all about being carefree, and a more relaxed style pairs perfectly with sunshine!
A: I’m in love with the temporary festival feel of flash tats!
HAMBURGERS OR HOT DOGS?
C: BURGERS:)
A: hamburger with blue cheese please!
FAV SUMMER ACTIVITY?
C: Hmmm…that’s a hard one, but probably dinners al fresco with friends or family–it’s so relaxing to sit outside on a warm night, eating great food, and making memories with your loved ones!
A: I haven’t been to one yet this summer but I adore farmer’s markets and all the fun treats you can pick up!
SUMMERTIMES BEAUTY ESSENTIAL?
C: Mine’s my tarte BB cream–it’s AMAZING
A: Tarte Amazonian Clay Airbrush Power Foundation (whoo long name)! It’s so light and airy but still looks super put together!
QUICK–RUNNING OUT THE DOOR TO DO SOME FUN SUMMER ADVENTURE, WHAT DOES YOUR HAIR LOOK LIKE?
C: Definitely a messy bun–basic I know, but sometimes I switch it up by adding a braid, or switching its location: putting it up on top of my head or the nape of my neck.
A:with my naturally wavy short hair I adore just grabbing my straightener (not a curler!) and adding a few messily organized curls here and there too make it look like I didn’t just wake up! It’s quick and for a fast pro tip: curl every piece every other direction so you have a little bit more of a messy look!
SUMMER STARBUCKS OF CHOICE?
C: I have an obsession with the Peach Green Tea Lemonade–Venti please!!
A: wow that’s a tough one! I would have to decide that my go-to is vanilla iced coffee with coconut milk! But if i want something more refreshing I love the very berry hibiscus tea but ask for half lemonade! It’s divine!
my go-to summer outfit includes this breezy denim skirt from Gap, any casual pocket-t and my adorable sun hat! add some Starbucks and you’re set!
